Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the rules for using the Soul Numerology website and for ordering and receiving the services offered here. By using the site you accept these terms.

We offer the following digital services:

• numerology analyses (personal, couple, child),
• numerology forecasts and the Money Code analysis,
• the Matrix of Destiny,
• the Full Soul Portrait bundle,
• PDF reports of the analyses you ordered.

1. Choose a service from the available offer.
2. Fill in the form with the details needed to prepare your analysis.
3. Pay through the secure online payment system.
4. Your report is generated automatically once the payment is confirmed.
5. The result is delivered to the email address you provided.

Your analyses are delivered in three ways:

• the result shown directly on the site after payment,
• a PDF report you can download,
• the PDF report sent to the email address you provided.

Orders are fulfilled immediately after the payment is registered. In exceptional cases delivery may take up to 24 hours.

The analyses are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By placing an order you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this means you lose the statutory right to withdraw from the contract once the content has been delivered.

If anything goes wrong with your order (for example you did not receive your report, or a technical error occurred), please contact us through the channels linked in the footer. We review complaints within 14 days.

You are responsible for providing accurate details needed to prepare your analysis. The content of the analyses is intended for personal growth and inspiration — it is not medical, legal or financial advice. Any life decisions made on its basis remain your own responsibility.

We reserve the right to change these terms. The current version is always available on the site and changes take effect on the day they are published.
